Principe de fonctionnement des batteries LFP Solid-State et des batteries LFP<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/technique\/la-technologie-lithium-fer-phosphate\/\">Batteries LiFePo4<\/a> \/ LFP : Elles sont compos\u00e9es de deux \u00e9lectrodes (cathode et anode) s\u00e9par\u00e9es par un \u00e9lectrolyte liquide. Le lithium-ion se d\u00e9place entre les \u00e9lectrodes lors de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge.<\/li>\n<li>Batteries LiFePo4 \/ LFP \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide (Solid-State) : Remplacement de l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte liquide par une <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Solid-state_electrolyte\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9lectrolyte solide<\/a> (en c\u00e9ramique ou par un polym\u00e8re), et utilisation d'une anode en lithium m\u00e9tallique pur. Avantages des batteries \u00e0 \u00e9tat solide (Solid State)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:15px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#59b77d\"><\/i> <a href=\"\/fr\/technique\/la-securite-des-batteries-lithium-ion\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 accrue<\/a>: L\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte liquide inflammable rend ces batteries moins sujettes aux risques de courts-circuits et \u00e0 la formation de dendrites (accumulation de lithium) qui peuvent endommager les batteries lithium-ion.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#59b77d\"><\/i> <strong>Tr\u00e8s faible r\u00e9sistance interne<\/strong> : L\u2019\u00e9lectrode solide, par sa conception, engendre une <strong>r\u00e9sistance interne 2 \u00e0 3 fois inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une batterie lithium conventionnelle<\/strong>. <br \/>Cela engendre un \u00e9chauffement bien moins important des cellules de batterie en utilisation. Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont directs : des batteries qui chauffent peu en utilisation se d\u00e9gradent beaucoup moins vite \u00e0 l\u2019usage et <strong>se d\u00e9gradent beaucoup moins rapidement.<\/strong><br \/>\nA titre d\u2019exemple, nos tests effectu\u00e9s en laboratoire montrent qu\u2019\u00e0 une d\u00e9charge \u00e0 3C (20 minutes pour d\u00e9charger totalement la batterie LFP Solid State), <strong>l\u2019\u00e9chauffement des cellules n\u2019est que de 23\u00b0C<\/strong>, ce qui correspond \u00e0 1\/3 de l'augmentation de temp\u00e9rature observ\u00e9e sur une batterie LFP standard.<br \/>\nCette r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chauffement permet d\u2019envisager des batteries de puissance<strong> ne n\u00e9cessitant pas de syst\u00e8me de refroidissement interne des cellules.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#59b77d\"><\/i> <strong>Chargement ultra-rapide<\/strong> : Les batteries solides peuvent se charger jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatre fois plus vite que les batteries lithium-ion classiques. <br \/>De plus, elles sont plus r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la chaleur, ce qui am\u00e9liore leur performance lors de la charge rapide.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#59b77d\"><\/i> <strong>Dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue<\/strong>: Les batteries \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide ont tendance \u00e0 avoir une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue en raison de la d\u00e9gradation chimique r\u00e9duite des \u00e9lectrolytes solides par rapport aux \u00e9lectrolytes liquides. <br \/>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la faible augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature pendant l'utilisation permet de maintenir les cellules \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures compatibles avec une longue dur\u00e9e de vie.<br \/>\nPar cons\u00e9quent, ils peuvent supporter davantage de cycles de charge-d\u00e9charge avant que leur capacit\u00e9 ne se d\u00e9grade de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#59b77d\"><\/i> <strong>Densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>: A l\u2019avenir, le lithium m\u00e9tallique de l\u2019anode permettra une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des batteries lithium-ion actuelles, offrant ainsi une batterie plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et plus compacte avec une plus grande autonomie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>3. Batteries semi-solides, feuille de route et perspectives<\/h3>\n<p>Les batteries Solid-State sont tr\u00e8s prometteuses, notamment en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de performance et de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il faudra attendre encore quelques ann\u00e9es pour parvenir \u00e0 une production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et rentable.<br \/>\nLes enjeux technologiques sont tels qu\u2019un certain nombre d\u2019\u00e9tapes restent \u00e0 franchir, notamment en ce qui concerne la durabilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance physique des \u00e9lectrolytes m\u00e9talliques ou c\u00e9ramiques.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant que les \u00e9lectrolytes solides d\u00e9tr\u00f4nent les liquides, la recherche se concentre sur une technologie interm\u00e9diaire : les batteries <strong>semi-solides<\/strong> , <strong>\u00e9lectrolytes polym\u00e9ris\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lectrolytes polym\u00e9ris\u00e9s (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9s \u00e9lectrolytes g\u00e9lifi\u00e9s) contiennent des conducteurs ioniques tels que les sels de lithium, qui permettent une conductivit\u00e9 interne beaucoup plus efficace. La structure polym\u00e8re r\u00e9siste \u00e9galement \u00e0 la formation de dendrites : des structures en forme d\u2019aiguilles qui peuvent se former sur l\u2019anode pendant la charge et provoquer des courts-circuits.\nEn outre, les gels\/polym\u00e8res sont tr\u00e8s peu volatils en comparaison des \u00e9lectrolytes liquides, et donc tr\u00e8s difficiles \u00e0 enflammer.<\/p>\n<span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/polymer-electrolyte-e1733140033740.webp\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\"><figure id=\"attachment_9488\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9488\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/polymer-electrolyte-e1733140033740.webp\" alt=\"\u00c9lectrolyte liquide ou polym\u00e9ris\u00e9 ou gel\" width=\"400\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9488\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9488\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00c9lectrolyte liquide ou polym\u00e8re (Cr\u00e9dit : MDPI)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/span>\n<p>Bien que les batteries semi-solides n'atteignent pas les densit\u00e9s d'\u00e9nergie et les dur\u00e9es de vie attendues des batteries \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat solide, elles offrent un avantage \u00e0 moyen terme en ce sens qu'elles peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9es sur des lignes de production de batteries lithium-ion conventionnelles. De plus, elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9es et sont d\u00e9sormais disponibles sur le march\u00e9. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les cellules solides ne seront disponibles sur le march\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 partir de 2027-2028.<\/p>\n<p>La densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des cellules semi-solides est actuellement similaire ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des cellules LFP standard, mais tous les autres avantages des cellules \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat solide sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents.
