Certaines m\u00e9thodes n\u00e9cessitent un \u00e9quipement quelquefois complexe (Spectroscopie d\u2019imp\u00e9dance ou mesure d\u2019hydrom\u00e9trie pour les batteries au Plomb). Ces m\u00e9thodes ne rentrent pas dans le cadre de cet article.<center>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/12\/State-of-Charge-300x201.webp\" alt=\"Mesurer l&#039;\u00e9tat de charge (SOC) d&#039;une batterie Lithium-Ion\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-7555\" \/>\n<\/center>Dans cet article, nous pr\u00e9senterons les 2 m\u00e9thodes les plus communes pour estimer l\u2019\u00e9tat de charge (SoC) d\u2019une batterie : <strong>M\u00e9thode OCV<\/strong> (Open Circuit Voltage ou Tension en Circuit Ouvert) et <strong>Methode coulom\u00e9trique par l'utilisation d'un <a href=\"\/fr\/produits\/autres\/mesure-de-soc-compteurs-de-coulomb\/\">compteur de coulomb<\/a><\/strong>.\n<\/br>\n<a href=\"\/fr\/produits\/autres\/mesure-de-soc-compteurs-de-coulomb\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><br \/>Cliquez pour consulter notre gamme de compteurs de coulomb.<\/strong><\/a>\n<hr>\n<h3>1\/ Mesure d\u2019\u00e9tat de charge (SoC) par m\u00e9thode OCV (Open Circuit Voltage ou Tension en circuit ouvert)<\/h3>\n\nTous les types de batteries ont un point commun : la tension a leur borne diminue ou augmente en fonction de leur niveau de charge. La tension sera maximale lorsque la batterie est totalement charg\u00e9e et minimal lorsqu\u2019elle est vide.\n<br \/><br \/>\nCette relation entre tension et SOC d\u00e9pend directement de la technologie de batterie utilis\u00e9e. A titre d\u2019exemple, le sch\u00e9ma ci dessous compare les courbes de d\u00e9charge entre une batterie 48V au plomb et son \u00e9quivalent Lithium Fer Phosphate (LiFePO4).\n\n<span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/LiFePO4-vs-Lead-Acid-Discharge-Curve-EN.webp\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\">\n<figure style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/LiFePO4-vs-Lead-Acid-Discharge-Curve-EN-300x173.webp\" alt=\"Courbe de dicharge LiFePO4 vs Plomb\" width=\"400\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7405\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Courbe de d\u00e9charge Lithium LiFePO4 vs AGM<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/span>\n\n\nOn peut constater que les batteries au plomb ont une courbe relativement lin\u00e9aire, ce qui permet une bonne estimation de l\u2019\u00e9tat de charge : pour une tension mesur\u00e9e, il est possible d\u2019estimer assez pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la valeur du SoC associ\u00e9e.\n<br \/><br \/>\nPar contre, les batteries <strong>Lithium-ion ont une courbe de d\u00e9charge beaucoup plus \u00ab plate \u00bb<\/strong> , cel\u00e0 signifie que pour une large plage de fonctionnement, la tension aux bornes de la batterie \u00e9volue tr\u00e8s faiblement. <strong>&amp;nbsp<\/strong><br><br>Dans la famille Li-ion, la technologie \n<a href=\"\/fr\/technique\/la-technologie-lithium-fer-phosphate\/\">lithium-fer-phosphate<\/a> poss\u00e8de la courbe de <b>d\u00e9charge la moins pentue<\/b>, ce qui rend tr\u00e8s difficile l\u2019estimation du SoC sur une simple mesure de tension. <br \/>En effet, l\u2019\u00e9cart de tension est si faible entre deux niveaux de charge, qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas possible d\u2019estimer avec grande pr\u00e9cision l\u2019\u00e9tat de charge.\n<br \/><br \/>\nLe diagramme ci dessous montre que la diff\u00e9rence de mesure de tension entre une <strong>valeur de SOC de 40% et 80%<\/strong> est de <strong>6.0 V pour la technologie plomb-acide<\/strong>, tandis qu\u2019elle n\u2019est que de seulement<strong> 0,5V pour le Lithium Ferro Phosphate !<\/strong>\n\n<span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/OCV-vs-SOC-EN.webp\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_7405\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7405\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/OCV-vs-SOC-EN.webp\" alt=\"Estimation des Soc Lithium vs AGM par la m\u00e9thode OCV\" width=\"400\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7401\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7405\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Estimation des Soc Lithium vs AGM par la m\u00e9thode OCV<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/span>\n\n\n\n\nCependant, il est possible d\u2019utiliser des <strong>indicateurs de charge \u00e9talonn\u00e9s<\/strong> sp\u00e9cifiquement pour les batteries lithium fer phosphate (LiFePO4). Une mesure pr\u00e9cise, coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 une courbe de charge mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e, permet d\u2019obtenir des mesures de SoC avec une <strong>pr\u00e9cision de 10 \u00e0 15%<\/strong>.\n\n<figure id=\"attachment_7206\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7206\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/LFP-Calibrated-SoC-meter.webp\" alt=\"Afficheur d\u2019\u00e9tat de charge \u00e9talonn\u00e9 pour batterie LiFePO4 12V\/24V\" width=\"300\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7206\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7206\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Afficheur d\u2019\u00e9tat de charge \u00e9talonn\u00e9 pour batterie LiFePO4 12V\/24V<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h3>2\/ Mesure d\u2019\u00e9tat de charge (SoC) par <a href=\"\/fr\/produits\/autres\/mesure-de-soc-compteurs-de-coulomb\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Compteur de Coulomb<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\nPour suivre l\u2019\u00e9tat de charge lors de l\u2019utilisation de la batterie, la m\u00e9thode la plus intuitive consiste \u00e0 suivre le courant en l\u2019int\u00e9grant durant l\u2019utilisation des cellules. Cette int\u00e9gration donne de mani\u00e8re directe la quantit\u00e9 de charges \u00e9lectriques inject\u00e9es ou soutir\u00e9es \u00e0 la batterie permettant ainsi de quantifier pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le SoC de la batterie.\n<br \/><br \/>\nContrairement \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode OCV, cette m\u00e9thode est en mesure de d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9tat de charge pendant l\u2019utilisation de la batterie. Elle ne n\u00e9cessite pas que la batterie soit au repos pour effectuer une mesure pr\u00e9cise.\n\n<span class=\"su-lightbox\" data-mfp-src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/01\/Coulomb-Counter.webp\" data-mfp-type=\"image\" data-mobile=\"yes\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_7867\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7867\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/01\/Coulomb-Counter-300x173.webp\" alt=\"Compteur de Coulomb\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7867\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-7867\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Compteur de Coulomb<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/span>\n\n\n\nBien que la mesure du courant soit effectu\u00e9e par une r\u00e9sistance de pr\u00e9cision, de faibles erreurs de mesures interviennent, li\u00e9es \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence \u00e9chantillonnage de la mesure. Pour corriger ces erreurs marginales, le compteur de Coulomb est r\u00e9-\u00e9talonn\u00e9 automatiquement \u00e0 chaque cycle de charge.<strong> <br \/><br \/>Les mesures de SoC effectu\u00e9es par comptage de coulomb permettent une erreur de mesure inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1%<\/strong>, ce qui permet une indication tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise de l\u2019\u00e9nergie restante dans la batterie.
