PowerTech d\u00e9veloppe un BMS intelligent et hautement \u00e9volutif<\/font><\/p>\n

Projet MARBEL <\/h4>\n

Notre entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e et enr\u00f4l\u00e9e dans un nouveau projet d\u2019innovation men\u00e9 par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. Nous sommes fiers de participer au projet MARBEL, dont l\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9velopper une batterie de v\u00e9hicule qui r\u00e9pond aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019acceptation pour l\u2019avenir. A savoir l\u2019\u00e9coconception, la modularit\u00e9, l\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s et \u00e9cologiques, la fabrication additive, la recharge ultra-rapide et, enfin, les faibles co\u00fbts de fabrication.<\/p>\n

Notre contribution \u00e0 ce projet est majeure. En eff\u00eat, nous sommes charg\u00e9s de d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me de BMS ultra-communicant pour la gestion, le contr\u00f4le et le pilotage de cette batterie de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. <\/p>\n

Le but ultime de ce projet est de produire cette batterie du futur pour un mod\u00e8le de voiture du Groupe FCA (FIAT-CHRISLER)<\/a> \u00e0 partir de la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n

Ce projet d\u00e9butera en janvier 2021 et est financ\u00e9 par la Commission europ\u00e9enne. Programme europ\u00e9en d'innovation H2020<\/a> pour un montant d'environ 11 millions d'euros.<\/p>\n

Plus de d\u00e9tails sur le projet MARBEL :<\/h4>\n

Le but du projet est d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adoption par le march\u00e9 de masse de batteries ultra performantes pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV) et les hybrides rechargeables (PHEV). Le projet MARBEL (M<\/strong>anufacturing and A<\/strong>ssembly of modular and R<\/strong>eusable B<\/strong>attery for E<\/strong>nvironment-friendly and L<\/strong>ightweight mobility) fondera ses approches, ses solutions et ses innovations sur le concept de polyvalence en tant qu'axe de l'ensemble du projet. Il se concentrera sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'une charge rapide et de batteries de longue dur\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes des utilisateurs finaux, tout en appliquant une grande modularit\u00e9 et un assemblage facile et en d\u00e9veloppant de nouvelles m\u00e9thodologies d'essai pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la rentabilit\u00e9 et la circularit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

MARBEL concevra, d\u00e9veloppera et d\u00e9montrera de nouveaux blocs de batteries modulaires, compacts, l\u00e9gers et \u00e0 haute performance, ainsi que des syst\u00e8mes de gestion de batteries flexibles et robustes pour ces BEV et PHEV, tout en maintenant les niveaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, en permettant une production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle rapide, de haute qualit\u00e9 et rentable et en suivant les principes \u00ab made by Ecodesign \u00bb. Un ensemble de modules faciles \u00e0 assembler et \u00e0 d\u00e9sassembler faciliterait la fabrication et le d\u00e9montage de diff\u00e9rentes configurations de batteries partageant le m\u00eame processus de production et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments communs.<\/p>\n

MARBEL d\u00e9veloppera et qualifiera les futures proc\u00e9dures d\u2019essai innovantes li\u00e9es aux performances et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, telles que l\u2019utilisation de bo\u00eetiers miniaturis\u00e9s, un banc d\u2019essai flexible simulant les conditions d\u2019int\u00e9gration en VE (v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique en boucle, eVIL) et l\u2019intelligence artificielle comme outil permettant de r\u00e9duire le temps des exp\u00e9riences en laboratoire. <\/p>\n

L'approche de MARBEL repose sur les piliers suivants :<\/h4>\n
  • Conditionnement avanc\u00e9 des batteries \u00e0 l'aide d'une m\u00e9thodologie de conception pour l'assemblage (DfA) et le d\u00e9sassemblage (DfD).<\/li>\n
  • Packaging des cellules Lithium l\u00e9ger et durable.<\/li>\n
  • Solutions et processus pour le recyclage durable et la seconde vie des batteries.<\/li>\n
  • Syst\u00e8mes flexibles, modulaires et intelligents de BMS (Battery Management Systems).<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  • Strat\u00e9gies de charge ultra-rapide et gestion thermique am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/li>\n
  • Proc\u00e9dures d'essai futures relatives aux performances et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
