Parmi les nombreux d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des batteries lithium-ion, technologie dominante dans ce domaine, est cruciale. Ces batteries se distinguent par leur densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et leur puissance, ainsi que par leur facilit\u00e9 d'utilisation lors de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge. Cependant, elles pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement des risques importants, notamment en termes d'incendie.<\/p>\n<p>C'est pourquoi la certification des batteries est devenue indispensable. Plusieurs normes r\u00e9gissent leur fabrication, leur transport et leur utilisation. Par exemple, la norme UN38.3 est obligatoire pour le transport (routier, a\u00e9rien ou maritime) des batteries lithium-ion \u00e0 partir de 100 unit\u00e9s produites. Le marquage CE, quant \u00e0 lui, certifie le respect des exigences europ\u00e9ennes, notamment en mati\u00e8re de compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM).<\/p>\n<h2>Qu'est-ce que la certification ECE R100 ?<\/h2>\n<p>La certification R100 Rev2 est une homologation europ\u00e9enne pour les v\u00e9hicules routiers \u00e9lectriques. Initialement ax\u00e9e sur les exigences de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du groupe motopropulseur, la version r\u00e9vis\u00e9e, en vigueur depuis 2016, impose une s\u00e9rie de nouveaux tests rigoureux pour valider la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des packs de batteries.<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir la certification R100, les batteries doivent prouver leur robustesse dans des conditions extr\u00eames :<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> Vibrations<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> Chocs m\u00e9caniques<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> \u00c9crasement sous 10 tonnes<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> Chocs thermiques et cyclage<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> R\u00e9sistance au feu (plus de 2 minutes sur un feu de gasoil)<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> Protection contre les courts-circuits<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> Protection contre les surcharges<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> Protection contre les d\u00e9charges profondes<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-circle-o\" style=\"color:#1585c4\"><\/i> R\u00e9sistance aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ces tests requi\u00e8rent un haut niveau d'ing\u00e9nierie.
