Lithium-ion batteries for stand-alone applications
Lithium-ion battery technology in stand-alone applications provides high operating life, very low maintenance, and lower operating costs than standard battery technologies.
LFP (LiFePO4) technology, which can operate over wide temperature ranges, is a consistent choice when return on investment is a key element of a project.
Pole mounted equipments
Traffic lights with battery
Solar-battery street light
Road signage and equipments
Solar park meter
Automatic road radar
The small bulk packaging allows positioning Li-Ion batteries close to final equipment, limiting losses to the electrical connections (ie: pole mounted equipment, road signage, street lighting, cctv, telecomunication relays, etc.).
Standalone batteries are typically based on lithium-Ferro-Phosphate, due to their long service life and small footprint.

The PowerBrick® battery offers a high level of safety and performance thanks to the use of new generation lithium iron phosphate cylindrical cells, managed by an integrated BMS system. PowerBrick® can be assembled in series (Up to 48V) and parallel (up to 16 batteries in parallel) to increase operating voltages and energy stored.
PowerBrick® batteries can be discharged up to 100% and have a operation life of 3000 charge/discharge cycles (at 100% DoD at 1C), 4500 cycles (at 80% DoD at 1C), even much more by reducing the depth of the cycles (See the cycle curve of the product sheets).
